Pork saute & Yebisu draft beer
Yesterday it was really warm and spring-like.
The day before the temperature had dropped in Yokohama,
so this must definitely be proof of the good deeds I perform every day…..
As a reward, God made my day off a very spring-like one.
So I took advantage of the good weather
and I went to the Dockyard Garden in Yokohama Landmark Tower : B2F again yesterday.
I had lunch at BARBARA market place 221!!
The interior decoration makes you feel as if you are really in Spain!!
Isn’t this open display of the atmosphere of Andalucía lovely?
You can almost see the boss of some Mafia sitting at the box seats behind,
holding a cigar in his mouth and stroking the head of a shaggy cat…..
Alright, that had nothing to do with this article in the first place…..
I accompanied today’s lunch with an Yebisu draft beer!!
I feel like these days a lot of restaurants have Yebisu draft beer available…
And I am wonder if this is all thanks to the activities of the Yebisu Beer sales team.
Of course, I had another round!
This dish is a pork saute seasoned in a Japanese style.
Garlic slices and shredded cabbage…
Its taste reminded me with nostalgia of the meals of my childhood, back in the late 1970’s…..
This is so like Yokohama. Western-style dishes like this one match the place so well.
