If you mention that you have a beer blog,
you’ll instantly get questions like :
“You know a lot about beer don’t you?”
Which is troublesome if you don’t know too much.

By the way, my motto is, “I don’t talk about beer, I drink it”!!!

However, I have done a bit of research on beer.
I started a week before I started this blog,
since then, I’ve spent all my time surfing and reading beer sites!!

As a result the difference between my knowledge of beer
compared with one week ago is night and day.
On the other hand, I don’t have the slightest intention of
writing things I don’t know about beer.

As for Today’s beer :
STELLA ARTOIS… You’re Belgium’s fairy…..
The Pilsner Beer from Belgium to the world!!

The taste is absolutely refreshing.
It also has an exceptionally fine grained foam.
The texture of the foam forces me, almost against my will,
to use an adjective like “fairy” to describe it.
Even though it was my first time drinking this beer,
it was truly delicious!

For some reason, Belgium seems to be the world’s treasury of beer,
so much so that it can compete with neighboring Germany, the home of beer.
Why are there are so many kinds of beers in Belgium?
I will ponder this question as I go on a journey to discover beer .

■ Yokohama Landmark Tower
The World Beer Museum which I always go to is on B2F of Yokohama Landmark Tower
inside the Dockyard Garden (Meiji dockyard remnants).
On my day off every Wednesday, at about 1:00pm,
I’ll be doing my best not to get too drunk while enjoying the scenery!!!
